Recognising Amazing Supporting Schools across Australia

A number of schools across the country are joining or continuing the My Deadly Book About Me journey this year – using our 78-page cultural resource as a foundation for a variety of cultural immersion programs with their First Nations students.

Principals, teachers and cultural support staff are finding invaluable inspiration for their group engagements through My Deadly Book About Me – and there has been great support and feedback coming back about our new publication My Deadly Cultural Support Guide in assisting along the way.

Best wishes for 2021 to students and teachers at the following schools: Bayulu Remote Community School (St Georges Ranges, WA), Knox Grammar School (Wahroonga, NSW), Nowra East Public School (Nowra, NSW), Pymble Ladies College (Pymble, NSW), St John the Evangelist High School (Nowra, NSW), Seymour College (Seymour, VIC). As well, a warm welcome to schools about to start their journey across eastern Melbourne (VIC), and via Netball QLD on the Gold Coast and Cairns whom are just joining the journey!
